Are the samples really free?

Yes! Completely free. No credit card required, no shipping fees, no hidden costs. We believe in our quality and want you to experience it risk-free.

How long does shipping take?

We ship sample packs within 24 hours via USPS. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Local to Maricopa? You can pick up same-day!

Can I request specific designs or colors?

Our sample packs include a curated selection showing different finishes, materials, and techniques. For custom samples with YOUR logo, we can do that for a small fee ($15-25) which is credited toward your first order.

Is there a limit on how many samples I can request?

We ask that you request samples once per business/individual. If you need additional samples after your first pack, just give us a call at 520-705-4026.

Am I obligated to order after receiving samples?

Absolutely not! There’s zero obligation. We send samples because we’re confident you’ll love the quality, but you’re free to decide if we’re the right fit for your needs.

Do you ship samples internationally?

Currently we only ship free samples within the continental United States. For international samples, please contact us directly.

Can I apply the DTF sample myself?

Yes! We include full application instructions. You’ll need a heat press (300-320°F for 15 seconds). Don’t have a heat press? We can recommend affordable options or you can bring a shirt to our Maricopa location and we’ll apply it for free!
